The first week interning at Pop Outerwear was super exciting. We had all these ideas, we ordered delicious pizza and we were ready to change the world in one night! After the initial high of starting a new project in a great environment, I realized that although these ideas are great, maybe it is best to start small?
In order to succeed the goals need to be reachable within the size of the organization. Why is this concept so easy to forget?
