Working at a startup like Pop Outerwear is like walking into a multiple intelligence test, where the game is to navigate as many strengths as possible. In my experience thus far, I realized how dynamic entrepreneurs need to be in order to succeed.
For example a single day requires a person to speak a Chinese, edit video software, work on pattern designs for the next coat, pick out buttons and stay up-to-date with all of the social media accounts; not to mention keeping tabs on the administrative finances and the website design. Essentially, entrepreneurs must be logical, mathematical, interpersonal, spatial, intrapersonal and kinesthetic. Of course, depending on the topic of the startup, other facets of Howard Garner’s multiple intelligences may too be required.
